Growing

The kids are growing up so fast, especially Carter as of late.  Here are just some fun pics around the house.

Daddy is the ultimate bath-giver (he's much more fun than mommy).  Carter can now join the lively crew; he's first to get cleaned and out to avoid any injury :-)

 

This is what Carter looks like when his spikey hair isn't sticking straight up.  Almost looks like a different baby. 

Here he is in his new booster seat (the high chair just takes up too much room in our small dining area)

If ever there was a daddy's boy, it's Parker.  He loves me, too.  But as soon as Shane walks in the door, Parker is all about his daddy.  I think it's sweet.

Parker doesn't know it yet but Shane and I have decided that he's going to be a soccer star. 
Good for him he's getting practice in daddy's soccer shoes.

(Oh, and Avery is going to be a cross country athlete.  I think we've decided baseball for Carter)

And here's the gang on a lazy morning, still in their pj's, in mommy & daddy's unmade bed, watching "Sleeping Beauty".  (Carter just made it for the picture.)  Parker is CRAZY about watching "Sleeping Beauty", and it's all because of the evil Malificent who turns into a DRAGON!  He's always asking to watch it, so we usually just let them watch the end of it...at least once a day.

These kids are fun, causing many, many smiles and giggles....good for the soul!
