"This Is" Fall

This is from the Friday night we got dressed up to go Trick-or-Treating at the "Shoppes of Arlington" along with Live Music, snacks, games, moon bounce, etc. (as advertised in our local Clipper magazine), but when we got to the Depot Square there wasn't a soul there???  I know I didn't get the date wrong..."it's ok, kids, we'll go do something fun, but mommy has got to go home and look at the ad to figure out where I messed up",..."oh, the Shoppes of Arlington, that's the strip mall off of Highway 70",..."it's over at 7:30; it's just 6:45; there's still time"...it's cold, the Shoppes of Arlington are closing shop early, a few pieces of candy.  A little disappointing, but the quaint Cover to Cover bookstore made up for it with hot chocolate & cupcakes :-)

This is one little Peter Pan who caught on very quickly to what trick-or-treating was all about...Candy!!!

This is one happy brother & sister, thankful that Daddy took a couple of days off during Fall break including a quick visit to the train museum in Jackson.  (quick b/c there's really not much there :-)
